Terms and Conditions Policy

Welcome to our coaching programme. By participating in our sessions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Refund Policy: Sessions that have not been attended within a block of three sessions are refundable. However, sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable.

2. Booking Changes: To change a booking, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, the session will be charged in full.

3. Session Timeliness: All sessions will start and end promptly as scheduled. We will not extend session times beyond the agreed duration.

4. Pre-Session Requirements: Prior to the commencement of sessions, clients are required to complete and sign the following documents:

   • Safety Plan
   • Intake Form
   • Client-Therapist Contract

5. Session Recording: All sessions will be recorded for quality and training purposes. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the recording of your sessions. Access to these recordings will be restricted to you and your therapist only.

6. Data Protection: All information collected during sessions will be kept securely, both online and in paper form, in accordance with GDPR regulations. Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to us.

7. Session Utilisation: All sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase to ensure you get the most out of your experience.
