Step Out of Survival Mode and Reclaim Your Strength
The Resilient Father Community: 1:1 Somatic Therapy & Holistic Support for New DadsÂ
YOU ARE THE ROCK FOR EVERYONE ELSE, BUT WHAT KEEPS YOU STEADY?Â
Stop internalising the pressure just to look strong, and finally reclaim your core strength.
Becoming a father changes everything. Suddenly, you are carrying the silent weight of financial provider pressure, running on zero sleep, and navigating a shifting relationship—all while trying to keep your temper and patience intact.
Whether it is your first baby or a complex blended family, you are running on empty. You pretend you have it all together because you fear showing struggle looks like weakness. But burying that stress keeps your body in fight-or-flight, burning through your fuse.
Our 3-part Integrated Self Framework (ISF) combines clinical psychological insight with a tactical somatic approach to release stored stress, calm your overstimulated nervous system, and heal old childhood wounds. Stop surviving in silence. It is time to feel supported and show up as your most peaceful self.
Healing your nervous system isn't about escaping your life; it’s about changing how your body responds to it. You cannot think or talk your way out of fatherhood burnout when your physiology is trapped in a physical fight-or-flight state. To safely navigate the heavy demands of modern parenting, provider pressure, and complex family dynamics, you need a tactical roadmap that honours both your mind and your body. That is why our work is anchored in a dedicated, somatic approach.
Two Ways to Step Out of Survival Mode
Every season of fatherhood requires a different level of support. Whether you want a daily, self-paced tactical toolkit or deeply personalised 1:1 therapy using our Integrated Self Framework, choose the path that fits your energy and capacity right now:

Deep, lasting healing cannot happen overnight, and it cannot happen by just talking. As a new dad, your mind, your relationships, and your physical body are navigating a massive evolutionary shift.
But modern fatherhood rarely happens in a perfectly simple bubble. You are likely trying to remain an unshakeable pillar for your partner and baby while also navigating a complex web of modern family life, whether that means managing the intense needs of older siblings, caring for aging parents, or balancing the delicate dynamics of a blended family. When your family structure requires endless logistics and you feel forced to internalise the pressure alone, the baseline survival pressure on your nervous system doubles.
The Integrated Self Framework (ISF) is a specialised, three-stage somatic process designed to meet you in the exact trenches of your daily life—safely moving your entire system out of hypervigilance and back into deep, lasting strength.
RE-ROOT — Movement & BreathÂ
Establishing Stability in an Exhausted Father’s Body
These one-to-one sessions incorporate Breathwork practices with Psychotherapy to help establish a concrete sense of safety and control in the body. When you are constantly balancing a family, a career, and the invisible stress of complex family dynamics, your body absorbs that survival pressure. You might notice chronic physical tightness in your jaw, neck, shoulders, chest, or belly, and your breathing naturally becomes shallow, rapid, or irregular.
Breathwork operates directly through your autonomic nervous system to force a physiological shift. By consciously controlling your breathing patterns, you move your body out of a sympathetic state (fight-or-flight) and into a parasympathetic state (rest and digest). Deep diaphragmatic breathing can drop your cortisol levels, lower your heart rate, and calm a hyper-stimulated nervous system within minutes.
Somatic psychology recognises that trauma and stress are stored physically in your muscle tissue, not just in your thoughts. Traditional talk therapy can sometimes keep you trapped in intellectual loops, but individualised breathwork acts as an "emotional release valve." It moves you out of conversational processing and into somatic, subconscious release to achieve faster, sustainable outcomes.
The goal isn’t to erase your daily stressors, but to increase your physical capacity to handle them without breaking. Therapy can bring up intense emotions and old childhood wounds; breathwork gives you a reliable, tactical tool to ground yourself the second you sit down, and to decompress at the end of a session when your stress response is still heightened.
Trauma leaves a physical blueprint on the body, even when you tell yourself you are fine. In our somatic work, we look at these physical sensations with clinical curiosity rather than judgment, training your nervous system to drop the defensive armor and return to a state of calm authority. This approach rapidly reduces paternal burnout, clears mental fog, and restores a felt sense of steady safety—all at a pace that respects your exact threshold.
Â
RE-CONNECT — Listen & Validate
Quieting the Inner Critic and Healing Maternal Guilt
Motherhood has a jarring way of unlocking old childhood wounds and triggering intense maternal rage, anxiety, or deep guilt. As a psychotherapist trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), I guide clients to explore and heal inner parts, disowned or hidden aspects of self to build trust and inner harmony. This process enhances self-awareness, reduces internal conflicts, and makes genuine self-love and self-acceptance more accessible.Â
Parts work therapy is a mindfulness-based therapy model that views the mind as made up of multiple parts, each with its own voice, role, and memory. It also believes that we all have Self energy, which is our core, compassionate observer. Listening to and validating these parts helps reduce internal conflict and restores harmony. Most of us have experienced some form of trauma at some point in our lives, and we carry these wounds deep within ourselves, wounds that we often work hard to keep hidden from others.
Parts manifest in a developmental sequence throughout life, with their own personalities, temperaments and a full range of feelings. In our sessions, we look closely at the parts of you trying to keep it all together: the perfectionist part demanding a spotless home, the part that feels completely invisible, or the hypervigilant part that goes on high alert when dealing with a high-conflict ex-partner.Â
As we drop into our bodies we can start to notice the feelings, thoughts, and sensations of our parts. As we listen to them and hear their motives, we realise that regardless of their behaviours, our parts want for us what we want: connection, validation, and love. The goal of parts work therapy is to get to know our core Self and heal our injured parts so that we can live with confidence, curiosity, and compassion. When we embody more Self energy and listen to our parts rather than try to ignore them, we gain clearer insight into our problems as we can trace the trajectory of our own feelings and emotional histories with more clarity and understanding.
RE-WIRE — Tap & Talk
Processing Daily Triggers and Releasing Emotional Blocks
As a psychotherapist trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), I use tapping on acupressure points to help process daily triggers, release emotional blocks, and transform limiting beliefs. EFT has its roots in Eastern philosophies, particularly acupuncture, and has a profound effect on calming the nervous system and lowering cortisol, the stress hormone.Â
EFT is a very simple practice and is based on two principles: Tap on certain meridian points, while you Talk (or think) about the issue you are wanting to work through. Tapping on certain meridian points has been shown to have a powerful impact on the way the brain responds to stress and the way it processes emotions. As we tap on specific acupressure points on the face and upper body while we recall a triggering parenting situation, a difficult boundary conversation, or a stressful memory, we provide a soothing physical cue that helps calm the nervous system.Â
This pairing of a distressing memory or current trigger with a soothing physical stimulus often breaks the power of that stressor, reducing its emotional intensity. This allows us to change the distressing memory or self-limiting belief or behavior. Tapping signals to the body that we are safe, and so the conditioned loop is broken. After tapping on a specific problem, the nervous system no longer associates the situation with threat, and the emotional intensity is released.Â
We often have surface emotions like frustration, stress, and overwhelm that are covering up deeper emotions like rage, anger, fear, and sadness. As we dive deeper into your personal story, we can heal these deeper emotions, bringing more peace, clarity, and a deeper state of calm to your life as a mother.
How We Work Together: Tailored 1:1 Support
No two mothers, and no two families are the same. Your nervous system dictates the pace. Together, we will use the Integrated Self-Framework (ISF) in the exact way your body needs it most.Â

INTRODUCING
Â
The 6 Elements of Your Daily Sanctuary
Â
Bite-sized, body-based tools inside the Kajabi app available as a standalone self-paced membership, or as the daily support ecosystem wrapped around your 1:1 therapy sessions.Â
Burnout isn't just processed in a quiet therapy room; it has to be managed in the middle of your daily life. The physical spikes of anxiety happen at the kitchen sink, during frustrating nap times, or when an exhausting text message arrives.Â
To step out of survival mode, you need in-the-moment tools that allow you to calm your nervous system right as life happens. Whether you are using this library as your primary standalone daily practice, or using it to ground yourself between our deep 1:1 therapy sessions, these 6 distinct daily relief elements give you instant mobile access to peace, safety, and support exactly when you need it most.
Â
Includes:
ELEMENT 1
Re-Root: Nap-Time Somatic Yoga Sets
Â
Short, pre-recorded video routines focusing on gentle somatic movement and calming postures. Specifically filmed for tired maternal bodies to release physical stress and reset a frazzled nervous system when you only have 10 minutes to spare.
ELEMENT 2
Re-Connect:Â Guided Somatic Parts Work Meditations
Short, recorded meditations to help you deeply understand your daily emotional reactions. Learn to gently hold space for the parts of you that feel exhausted, resentful, or invisible.
ELEMENT 3
Re-Wire: Mid-Day Trigger Tapping Scripts (EFT)
Â
Instant-access audio and text scripts to tap along with at the kitchen sink or during a difficult moment. Designed to down-regulate your nervous system the exact second you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or triggered.
ELEMENT 4
The Nourished Mum: Simple Feeding Hacks
Â
Your nervous system cannot heal if your physical body is structurally starved and running on empty. As a Level 5 Nutritional Therapist, I share quick, nourishing, meal ideas, fatigue-fighting snacks, and easy weaning tips to nourish both your physical energy and your baby’s development without spending hours in the kitchen.
ELEMENT 5
The Elevation: Kundalini Yoga Classes
Â
Exhaustion isn't just a lack of sleep; it’s a depletion of your vital life force energy. Our short, recorded Kundalini Yoga classes use specific rhythmic movements, mantras, and mudras to shift stagnant physical stress out of your body. This element is your dedicated space to rebuild your physical stamina, clear the mental fog of postpartum fatigue, and connect back to your personal power as a woman, not just a mother.
ELEMENT 6
The Village: Private Community Support
Â
Healing in isolation is nearly impossible. Gain instant access to our exclusive, distraction-free sanctuary hosted securely inside the Kajabi app. No social media noise or overwhelming algorithms. Just a safe, moderated space to ask me questions, access expert resources, and lean on a peer network of like-minded mums who truly get what you are going through.
Â
A Sanctuary Built Around Your Real-Time MotherhoodÂ
Â
Because this is a deeply intentional, live community space, you aren't logging into a overwhelming library of hundreds of old videos you don’t have time to watch. Instead, we are building this toolkit together, in real time.Â
Every single week, I drop a brand-new, bite-sized Somatic Yoga set, a targeted EFT Tapping script, and an IFS Parts-Work meditation directly into the Kajabi app. The best part? These resources are created based on the exact triggers, exhaustion levels, and challenges you tell me you are facing in our one-to-one sessions and community chat that week. As the weeks go on, you will naturally build and retain lifetime access to a custom, ever-growing digital wellness library, tailored perfectly to your journey through motherhood.
Â
You Steer the Ship
Â
Â
Every mother's week looks completely different. One week you might be dealing with teething-induced exhaustion; the next, you might feel a sudden wave of identity loss or relationship frustration. That is why our weekly resources are completely community-led.Â
Every Thursday inside our private Kajabi Community, I post a poll with three targeted healing options based on the real-time struggles our members are facing. You vote on what you need most—whether it is a 10-minute yoga set for a tight lower back, an EFT tapping script for maternal rage, or a parts-work meditation for anxiety. The topic with the most votes is exactly what I record and deliver to your dashboard the following Tuesday. Your therapy toolkit matches your actual life, week by week.
WHAT OTHERS
HAVE EXPERIENCED
BE INSPIRED
"When I came to Fiona I was feeling quite stuck and a bit low, and even though I know several “healing tools” nothing seemed to help me move through it. With Fiona’s compassionate support, great listening skills and holistic somatic approach, I felt a real shift! And after our sessions, I felt my energy lighten and increase. I have found myself feeling and being more intentionally productive, choosing what feels right for me to do, instead of trying to do it all at once and getting stuck!I highly recommend working with Fiona!!"

Georgia (Women's Coach)
"Thank you so much Fiona for our session. It was really helpful! I felt really heard, much calmer at the end of it and had some practical takeaways to carry forward in my busy life where I often lean towards feeling overwhelmed, taking me away from the present moment. I would not hesitate recommending Fiona." Hi! I'm Fiona.
YOUR SOMATIC THERAPIST & FELLOW MUM
Â
I know exactly what it feels like to navigate the beautiful, chaotic, and exhausting reality of motherhood while trying not to lose your own identity in the process. As a new mum to our seven-month-old daughter, a step-mum navigating the beautiful, complex logistics of a part-time blended family with our 9 and 11-year-olds, and a business owner, I live the reality of keeping a nervous system regulated amidst a busy household every single day. I use these exact somatic tools and nutritional practices to keep myself grounded, and I am here to help you do the same. I am right there in the trenches with you. But as a deeply qualified practitioner, I also know the exact physiological roadmap to pull your nervous system out of survival mode.Â
I hold an Integrative Psychotherapy Diploma and am a certified Polyvagal-Informed Practitioner, meaning I specialise in tracking and calming a dysregulated nervous system. My approach bridges psychotherapy (talk therapy) with real-world somatic tools. I have trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy through the IFS Institute and PESI UK, and have completed courses in women’s trauma and couple's therapy.Â
True healing requires looking at the whole self. That is why I am also a Level 5 Certified Nutritional Therapist, an EFT Tapping practitioner, and a certified Trauma-Informed and Kundalini Yoga teacher . I don't just offer standard talk therapy. I combine clinical psychological expertise with practical, daily body-based tools—like nap-time somatic movement, targeted nutrition for exhaustion, and mid-day tapping practices. Together, we safely process old childhood wounds, quiet the pressure to be a perfect mother, and build a lasting foundation of inner peace from the inside out.
