I’m a Mum

Motherhood can feel beautiful, exhausting, lonely, and completely overwhelming, sometimes all at once.

Re-Younify gives you two clear ways to be supported:

Start on your own
The Digital Sanctuary · £39/month
Gentle yoga, tapping, guided meditations, nutrition support for you and your baby, monthly classes, and a safe community space to feel less alone.

Work with us personally
The Complete Resilient Mother · £399/month
Ongoing 1:1 therapy with 4 private sessions each month, personalised support between sessions, and full access to the Digital Sanctuary.

For when motherhood feels overwhelming, old wounds are resurfacing, or everything feels too much to untangle on your own.

Read our story âžť

We’re Fiona and John, Co-Founders of Re-Younify, integrative psychotherapists, somatic practitioners, parents, and part of a blended family ourselves.

Together, we bring lived experience and professional training to the emotional reality of early parenthood, family pressure, nervous-system overwhelm, and relationship strain.

Our work combines integrative psychotherapy, somatic practices, breathwork, parts work, EFT, and nervous-system regulation to help mums, dads, and modern families feel steadier, more connected, and less alone.

We created Re-Younify because we know how easy it is to lose yourself when you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and trying to be everything for everyone. These are not just tools we teach — they are practices we rely on in our own family life. Fiona uses a daily yoga practice, time in nature, early nights, and small daily acts of self-care to stay grounded and present with her daughter. John returns to breathwork and nature-based practices to stay steady and connected. Together, we use parts work and EFT to meet our own triggers with more understanding, process what comes up, and find our way back to ourselves with more compassion.

As parents ourselves, we know how hard it can be to stay present when you’re exhausted, stretched, triggered, or trying to hold everything together. Re-Younify was created to offer support that is both deeply human and therapeutically grounded.

The Integrated Self Framework

Our work is built around three simple stages that help you come back to yourself, understand what is happening underneath the overwhelm, and create steadier patterns in family life.

Re-Root

Body-based practices like yoga, breathwork, and grounding help your nervous system settle. You learn how to feel safer in your body, notice stress sooner, and come back to the present before overwhelm takes over.

Re-Connect

We help you make sense of the different parts of you that can take over when parenting feels hard — the worried part, the reactive part, the guilty part, or the part that wants to disappear. You learn to meet those parts with more understanding, so they do not have to run the whole show.

Re-Wire

Through tapping and emotional support, we help you gently shift the old patterns that keep showing up, so you can respond to yourself, your relationships, and your family life with more calm and choice.

Simple, practical support you can return to in everyday family life.

The Integrated Self Framework gives you tools to use in the moments that matter: when stress rises, emotions feel intense, communication breaks down, or old patterns start to repeat.

Through Re-Root, Re-Connect, and Re-Wire, you’ll learn to understand what’s happening in your body, listen to what your reactions are trying to protect, and practise new ways of responding with more calm, kindness, and choice.
