Find Your Support

"Your relationship with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have."

ROBERT HOLDEN

You do not have to wait until everything feels too much.

Support can be steady, gentle and realistic. It can meet you in small pockets of time. It can help you understand what is happening inside, reconnect with your body, and find ways to respond to motherhood with more compassion and choice.

  •
  • There are two ways to work with Fiona.
  •
  • The Nourished Mother Sanctuary is a monthly membership for self-paced guidance, practices, reflection prompts, a growing library and community support.
  •
  • 1:1 Therapy for Mums is personalised therapy for mothers who want a private therapeutic space to explore what they are carrying in more depth.

Which support is right for you?

Choose The Nourished Mother Sanctuary if you want gentle, affordable, self-paced support you can return to throughout the month.

The Sanctuary is for you if you want short teachings, body-based practices, reflection prompts, a growing library and a supportive community you can engage with in your own way.

Choose 1:1 therapy if you want personalised support to work through what feels difficult for you.

Perhaps you’re struggling with anxiety, postnatal depression or burnout, feeling disconnected from yourself, or finding your relationship harder since becoming a mum. Parenting may also bring painful childhood experiences to the surface.

Sessions with Fiona give you a private space to be heard, understand what’s happening beneath your feelings and reactions, and work through it together, at your pace.

You can book therapy without joining the Sanctuary. Sessions are paid for separately.

The Nourished Mother Sanctuary

ÂŁ29/month

When you’re running on empty, small things can feel like too much.

You snap, then feel guilty. You need a break, but struggle to ask. Your mind keeps running through everything that needs doing—even when you finally sit down.

The Sanctuary helps you understand these moments and practise ways to feel steadier in yourself.

Each month explores a common parenting challenge, including broken nights, the mental load, unequal responsibilities, relationship strain, changes in intimacy, family boundaries and feeling alone.

We help you work with what these pressures bring up in you:

  • Notice overwhelm earlier: educational videos help you recognise your patterns and understand what happens in your body, feelings and relationships.

  • Find a pause before reacting: gentle somatic yoga practices offer ways to work with tension and reconnect with your body.

  • Understand what you need: parts work meditations explore the part of you that snaps, pushes through or feels guilty about resting.

  • Work with difficult feelings: guided EFT tapping offers a way to explore emotions connected to the monthly theme.

From feeling overwhelmed by your reactions to knowing how to support yourself.

With regular practice, you can build a toolkit to recognise your limits, find a pause and express your needs more clearly. The change we’re working towards is less self-blame, more steadiness, and more moments of feeling present and connected with yourself and your family.

One theme. Four weekly videos. Support you can return to.

Your Sanctuary library is updated weekly with an educational video introducing the monthly theme, a somatic yoga practice, a parts work meditation and an EFT tapping practice across the month. New videos are announced in the linked private community.

You’ll also receive one short monthly practice to repeat daily, weekly nourishment tips to support you and your baby, and specific reflection questions.

Connect with other mums, ask questions about the practices or quietly read along—with replies from Fiona twice a week.

No catching up. No pressure to do everything. Start with what you need today.

Personalised 1:1 therapy is available separately. Private therapeutic messaging is not included.

1:1 Therapy for Mums

ÂŁ85/60-minute session

You don’t have to hold everything together here.

Perhaps you’re feeling anxious or low, snapping more than you want to, or struggling to recognise yourself. Your relationship may feel strained, a difficult birth may still weigh on you, or becoming a mum may have brought painful childhood experiences to the surface.

Sometimes you understand why you feel this way, yet still feel caught in the same reactions. Your chest tightens, your stomach knots, or you feel overwhelmed before you can find the words.

Support that includes your body, thoughts and feelings

Fiona is a qualified integrative psychotherapist and somatic practitioner. Her approach brings together EFT tapping, parts work and body awareness to explore your experiences and how you feel them in your body.

EFT is at the heart of Fiona’s practice. Alongside tapping, you may notice where a feeling shows up physically and explore the parts of you that feel frightened, angry, overwhelmed or under pressure to keep going.

There is space to talk and make sense of your story, as well as work directly with the emotions, tension and reactions you’re experiencing.

You don’t need any prior knowledge of these approaches. Fiona will explain and guide the work, with your consent, responding to what you’re exploring together and what feels helpful in that moment.

What can change?

Therapy can help you understand what sets off strong reactions and work with the emotions and body sensations that come with them.

Over time, you may notice that situations which once overwhelmed you feel more manageable. You might feel less on edge, find it easier to tell your partner what you need, or recover after a difficult moment without spending the rest of the day blaming yourself.

We work at your pace, with space to pause whenever you need.

Space to take the time you need

There’s no fixed number of sessions or set timeline for working through what’s coming up for you. You can have as few or as many sessions as you need, agreeing the pace together and reviewing what feels helpful along the way.

Your baby is welcome, with space to feed, settle and pause.

How 1:1 Therapy Can Support You

You don’t have to hold everything together here.

Perhaps you’re feeling anxious or low, snapping more than you want to, or struggling to recognise yourself. Your relationship may feel strained, a difficult birth may still weigh on you, or becoming a mum may have brought painful childhood experiences to the surface.

Your sessions are a private space to speak honestly, feel heard, and work through what feels difficult, with someone alongside you.

Support shaped around you

Fiona is a qualified integrative psychotherapist and somatic practitioner. Her approach brings body and mind together, exploring your thoughts, emotions, experiences and physical sensations.

Together, you’ll explore what feels difficult now, how past experiences may be affecting you, and what you want to change. Alongside making sense of your story, you’ll notice how feelings show up in your body and work with those responses.

Fiona integrates somatic awareness, parts work, EFT and, where helpful, gentle movement or yoga through the Integrated Self Framework.

You don’t need any prior knowledge of these approaches. Fiona will explain and guide the work, with your consent, according to what you’re exploring together and what feels helpful in that moment.

Re-Root · Find steadiness

Notice where you feel tension or emotion in your body. Explore grounding, body awareness or gentle movement to help you feel more settled and connected to yourself.

Re-Connect · Understand yourself

Explore the feelings, needs and protective patterns beneath anger, guilt, anxiety or withdrawal. Make space for the parts of you that struggle, with curiosity and compassion.

Re-Wire · Explore different responses

Work with difficult emotions, body sensations and recurring patterns, using EFT where appropriate to explore triggers and practise responses that better support you.

The framework is flexible. Fiona draws on these approaches as the session unfolds, responding to what comes up for you. You agree the pace together, with room to pause whenever you need.
