A Little Bit About Us.
We All Start Somewhere.
FIRST BELIEF
COMPASSION
Compassion begins by listening to your body, not just your racing mind. When you are running on empty, your body registers exhaustion as a threat, making you snap or withdraw. By reconnecting with your physical sensations, you learn to meet your own tiredness and frustration with kindness instead of guilt. When you extend compassion to your own body, that patience naturally flows to your children and your partner.
SECOND BELIEF
ACCEPTANCE
Acceptance means welcoming all parts of yourself, even the uncomfortable ones like mum-guilt, dad-rage, or deep isolation. True inner harmony happens when you stop fighting your difficult emotions or burying your stress just to look strong. By embracing your whole self, you quiet your loud inner critic and build a steady, honest inner voice that allows you to parent with authentic confidence.
THIRD BELIEF
RESILIENCE
Resilience is not about quietly enduring exhaustion until you break; it is about processing your active triggers so you can respond rather than react. Parenthood highlights our own unhealed childhood wounds, making family chaos feel overwhelming. By clearing these old emotional blocks and using targeted somatic tools, you become more patient and navigate daily family challenges with more presence and stability.
Hi, I’m Fiona.
Co-Founder of Re-Younify, Â Integrative Psychotherapist & Somatic Therapist
I know exactly what it feels like to navigate the beautiful, chaotic, and exhausting reality of motherhood while trying not to lose your own identity in the process.Â
As a new mum to our seven-month-old daughter, a step-mum navigating the beautiful, complex logistics of a part-time blended family with our 9 and 11-year-olds, and a business owner, I live the reality of keeping a nervous system regulated amidst a busy household every single day. I use these exact somatic tools and nutritional practices to keep myself grounded. I am right there in the trenches with you.Â
But as a deeply qualified practitioner, I also know the exact physiological roadmap to pull your nervous system out of survival mode.Â
My Professional Journey: Bridging the Mind and Body
My fascination with how trauma affects the body began during my training as a Kundalini yoga teacher. Unlike styles that focus on physical postures alone, Kundalini uses breathwork, movement, and meditation to shift consciousness and calm the nervous system. During this time, I realized that true healing involves far more than just recounting a story—it requires addressing how the physical body holds onto and expresses stored stress long after a threat has passed.Â
To bridge this gap between cognitive understanding (top-down) and physical sensation (bottom-up), I expanded my clinical training. I qualified in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help clients safely deactivate the stress loops attached to heavy memories in minutes.Â
Fascinated by how different aspects of our personality show up during high-stress moments, I trained heavily in Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work. I realised that the intense triggers of parenthood often trace back to childhood wounds and old protective strategies that keep us stuck.Â
A Whole-Self Approach to Motherhood
True healing requires looking at the whole self. In our 1:1 sessions and digital spaces, I don't just offer standard talk therapy. I combine clinical psychological expertise with practical, daily body-based tools—like nap-time somatic movement, targeted nutrition for exhaustion, and mid-day tapping practices.Â
Together, we safely process old childhood wounds, quiet the intense pressure to be a perfect mother, and build a lasting foundation of inner peace from the inside out.Â

Find Your Path to Deep Support
THIS IS OUR STORY.
We are partners in life and in business, with a passion for therapy and healing.
We are lucky that we both share an interest in the mind-body connection and over the last few years have supported each other as we have studied together and independently, to further develop our knowledge and experience on this subject.
As we studied together and put into practice what we were learning in our day-to-day life, we started to see positive shifts happen, in our communication with each other, in how much more connected and safer we felt and on how much happier we were.
It is through these practices that we developed the Integrated Self Framework, a Framework that really teaches you how to pause, stop, connect into your body, be present and self-reflect.
This Framework has transformed our relationship with ourselves, and with each other, we generally feel lighter, happier and more content with life as we process the traumas and triggers that had been weighing us down for years.
We would now like to help others reconnect with themselves using the Integrated Self Framework so that they too can enjoy a more connected, harmonious relationship with themselves and with others.Â

One-to-One Sessions
Hi, I’m John.
Co-Founder of Re-Younify, Integrative Psychotherapist & Breathwork Coach
I know firsthand what it means to carry the silent weight of the world on your shoulders while trying to be the steady rock for everyone else.
As a dad to our seven-month-old daughter, a dad co-parenting my 11-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter from a previous relationship, and an entrepreneur managing two separate businesses, I live the daily balancing act of family logistics, financial pressure, and sleepless nights. I know the exact point where stress turns into a short fuse, and I use these exact somatic tools every day to remain patient when under pressure and keep my own nervous system regulated.
You pretend you have it all together because you believe that showing struggle is a sign of weakness and vulnerability. I am here to tell you that you don’t have to survive in silence anymore.

My Professional Journey: Moving Beyond Talk Therapy
I trained as an integrative psychotherapist in 2012, but over the years, I realised that talk therapy alone wasn’t enough to truly support men in overwhelming situations like becoming a dad and juggling work and everyday responsibilities with a baby. I began to see that how the male body stores and responds to life experiences is just as important as the story being told. Talking cannot fix a body trapped in a physical loop of fight-or-flight.Â
To give dads tools for immediate, real-life relief, I deepened my study of somatic therapies. Alongside Fiona, I completed extensive training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO). This allows me to guide clients through their protective inner parts so they can resolve complex relationship dynamics, master deep frustration, and heal old childhood wounds.Â
I qualified in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) because talking alone cannot stop a physical stress reaction. By tapping on specific neuro-somatic acupressure points while pinpointing a heavy memory or raw emotional trigger, we send a physical "safety signal" directly to your brain's alarm system. This rapidly deactivates your survival loop, allowing you to process trapped frustration, clear old self-sabotaging blocks, and neutralize intense triggers in minutes.Â
Finally, I trained as a Breathwork Coach to bring tactical, in-the-moment regulation directly into my sessions. When you are running on empty, your breathing becomes shallow, keeping your body trapped in an anxious fight-or-flight response. I teach you how to use conscious breathing patterns to physically flush out stored stress hormones, switch off the adrenaline loop, and instantly reclaim your clarity and patience during high-stress family chaos.
Reclaiming Your Core Strength
In our 1:1 sessions and digital spaces, I integrate breathwork, parts work, and EFT through our Integrated Self Framework. We don't just sit and talk about your stress. We target the physical exhaustion, release old emotional blocks, and give you a practical toolkit to master your triggers.
Together, we break generational cycles, handle the chaos of modern blended families, and rebuild the inner stability you need to show up confidently for yourself, your partner, and your children.
