"Your relationship with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have."
ROBERT HOLDEN
Integrative Psychotherapy Sessions with John
These Integrative Psychotherapy Sessions are based on the Integrated Self Framework (ISF)— a body based somatic approach to therapy, designed to help you reconnect with your true-self, cultivate self-love and heal childhoods wounds so that you can deepen your understanding of yourself, find inner peace and improve your relationship with yourself and with others.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist and Breathwork Coach, I combine Breathwork practices with Psychotherapy (talk therapy), Parts Work Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique.
Combining Breathwork, Parts Work Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, and talk therapy creates a powerful, embodied approach to healing. This integrative method bypasses cognitive roadblocks, regulates the nervous system, and safely uncovers and processes deep-seated trauma.
The true healing power of these sessions lies in the synergy of combining these modalities. Talk therapy and parts work help you understand the story of your pain, while breathwork and EFT allow you to release the biological and energetic imprints of that pain from your nervous system.
This integrative model merges traditional talk therapy with breathwork and somatic practices to address both mental and physical aspects of wellbeing.
Combining breathwork, somatics, and talk therapy has become an essential part of modern psychotherapy, reflecting the growing recognition that true healing requires an embodied approach.
Traditional psychotherapy often centers on thoughts and emotions. Breathwork and somatic approaches complement that work by addressing how experience lives in the body.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist and Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher, I combine Trauma Informed Yoga practices with Psychotherapy (talk therapy), Parts Work Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique.
This integrative model merges traditional talk therapy with trauma informed yoga-based movement, and somatic practices to address both mental and physical aspects of wellbeing.
While talk therapy works with cognitive understanding (top-down), yoga, parts work therapy and EFT addresses the physical sensations and nervous system regulation (bottom-up) that talk therapy alone does not.
Combining yoga, somatics, and talk therapy has become an essential part of modern psychotherapy, reflecting the growing recognition that true healing requires an embodied approach.
Traditional psychotherapy often centers on thoughts and emotions. Yoga and somatic approaches complement that work by addressing how experience lives in the body.
Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and awareness of bodily sensations, we learn to notice patterns in the body. When this awareness is integrated with reflective dialogue, new pathways for healing emerge.

TESTIMONIALS.
Let Others Inspire You.
"When I came to Fiona I was feeling quite stuck and a bit low, and even though I know several “healing tools” nothing seemed to help me move through it.
With Fiona’s compassionate support, great listening skills and holistic somatic approach, I felt a real shift! And after our sessions, I felt my energy lighten and increase. I have found myself feeling and being more intentionally productive, choosing what feels right for me to do, instead of trying to do it all at once and getting stuck!
I highly recommend working with Fiona!!"
Georgia
"I had a session with John as I noticed that I had a general underlying anxiety around new situations. In the past I have done lots of talking therapy, meditation and breathwork, but I never reached a point where my anxiety was completely resolved. During the session John guided me in trying out a few methods, including tapping therapy and parts work, and I realised that I still had some unresolved issues from the past. It was an enjoyable, albeit emotional, experience. It differed from the usual talking therapy approach and helped me to tap into things that I had previously been unaware of. I would recommend going into this with an open mind. If you have tried other styles of therapy, you may find that John’s approach can help you go deeper inside and find the parts that still need to be worked on, so it comes highly recommended from me."
