In-To-Me-See Day Retreat

Join us for a transformative In-To-Me-See Day Retreat from 11.45am-5.15pm, designed for individuals wanting to explore our Integrated Self-Framework in an intimate face-to-face setting. This taster Day Retreat offers workshops to help you Re-Root with breath and movement, Re-Connect, by listening to and validating your parts and Re-Wire with a tap and talk session to help you clear emotional blockages and limiting beliefs.

We open the day with a Kundalini Yoga Kriya and meditation to help clear the chakras, followed by a Trauma Informed Yoga workshop to help calm and regulate your nervous system, we then break for a nourishing organic plant-based lunch before moving into the afternoon workshops where in our Re-Connect workshop we get to know your parts and learn the basics of Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) in our Re-Wire workshop, finally we move into our last workshop of the day our breathwork session to help calm and ground you before ending the day with a reflective closing circle.

Dying To Be Seen Couple's Day Retreat

Join us for a transformative Taster Couples Day Retreat from 11.45am to 5.15pm, designed to complement our Dying to Be Seen couple's online course. Using the Integrated-Self Framework we use several engaging workshops, to help you re-connect with each other in this intimate face-to-face setting.

Start the day with a grounding Golden Spine 9 Chi Kung practice, then calm and regulate your nervous system with breath work practices in our Re-Root workshop, we then break for a nourishing organic plant-based lunch before moving into the afternoon workshops where in our Re-Connect workshop we get to know your parts and learn the basics of Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) in our Re-Wire workshop, finally we move into our last workshop of the day a deeply relaxing Gong bath to help calm and ground you before ending the day with a reflective closing circle.
