Introductory Session With John

In these sessions we’ll create a safe space for you to explore your hopes for therapy, discuss current life and relationship struggles, and examine how your early life has shaped your current experience. We will then look at how we can move forward together using the Integrated Self Framework to support you.Â
What You'll Get:

Before Your First Session:
- You will need to fill in the intake form, safety plan, and therapy agreement found under resources in your client area before our first session.Â
Next Steps:
- If you decide that you would like to work with me, you’ll have the opportunity to carry on with one-to-one sessions where we use the Integrated Self Framework to facilitate profound healing and lasting change.

I had a session with John as I noticed that I had a general underlying anxiety around new situations. In the past I have done lots of talking therapy, meditation and breathwork, but I never reached a point where my anxiety was completely resolved. During the session John guided me in trying out a few methods, including tapping therapy and parts work, and I realised that I still had some unresolved issues from the past. It was an enjoyable, albeit emotional, experience. It differed from the usual talking therapy approach and helped me to tap into things that I had previously been unaware of. I would recommend going into this with an open mind. If you have tried other styles of therapy, you may find that John’s approach can help you go deeper inside and find the parts that still need to be worked on, so it comes highly recommended from me.
