One-to-One Integrative Psychotherapy Session with John
In this one-to-one session I use a combination of Psychotherapy (talk therapy), Breathwork Practices, Parts Work Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to help you work through your current life and relationship issues.

What to Expect from a Session:
- We work with present relationship/life challenges by connecting with thoughts, feelings, emotions, and bodily sensations.
- We use Somatic Practices and Parts Work Therapy to access and heal the root cause of the distress (childhood memory or wound).
- We apply EFT/tapping to process triggers, release emotional blocks, and transform limiting beliefs, often producing noticeable relief in minutes.

- Re-Root: Create safety in the body and cultivate self-compassion to calm the nervous system.
- Re-Connect: Heal inner parts, build trust, and foster self-love and acceptance.
- Re-Wire: Uses EFT to process triggers, release blocks, and transform limiting beliefs.

I had a session with John as I noticed that I had a general underlying anxiety around new situations. In the past I have done lots of talking therapy, meditation and breathwork, but I never reached a point where my anxiety was completely resolved. During the session John guided me in trying out a few methods, including tapping therapy and parts work, and I realised that I still had some unresolved issues from the past. It was an enjoyable, albeit emotional, experience. It differed from the usual talking therapy approach and helped me to tap into things that I had previously been unaware of. I would recommend going into this with an open mind. If you have tried other styles of therapy, you may find that John’s approach can help you go deeper inside and find the parts that still need to be worked on, so it comes highly recommended from me.
